Terms of Service — Prime Mobile Marine

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all marine services provided by Prime Mobile Marine (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to any customer (“you” or “client”). By scheduling, requesting, or receiving any service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using services provided by Prime Mobile Marine (“Company”, “we”, “our”), you (“Client” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Prime Mobile Marine provides mobile marine services, including but not limited to:

  • Boat maintenance and repairs

  • Engine diagnostics and servicing

  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

  • On-site assistance at marinas, docks, or private locations

Services are subject to availability, location, weather conditions, and safety requirements.

3. Service Appointments
  • Appointments may be scheduled via website, phone, or messaging platforms.

  • The Client must provide accurate details about the vessel, location, and issue.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, access limitations, or prior service commitments.

4. Pricing & Payment
  • All services are billed based on agreed rates (hourly or fixed).

  • A minimum service fee may apply per visit.

  • Additional charges may include:

  • Travel fees

  • Emergency or after-hours service

  • Parts and materials

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellations & No-Show Policy
  • Cancellations within 12–24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

  • If the technician arrives and the service cannot be performed due to client-related issues, a service fee will still apply.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to the vessel

  • Ensure the work environment complies with safety conditions

  • Disclose any known issues or prior repairs

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

7. Warranty & Workmanship
  • Labor is covered by a limited workmanship warranty (e.g., 30 days).

  • Parts are subject to manufacturer warranties.

  • Warranty is void if:

  • Misuse or negligence occurs

  • Third-party work interferes with repairs

8. Liability
  • Prime Mobile Marine is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or hidden defects

  • Damage unrelated to the service performed

  • The Client acknowledges that marine services involve inherent risks.

9. Parts & Materials
  • Any parts supplied will be billed separately.

  • Special-order parts may require advance payment and are non-refundable.

10. Environmental & Operational Conditions
  • Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Water access limitations

  • Marina or dock restrictions

11. Modifications

Prime Mobile Marine reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
